BUCKEYES TO GO 0-8 AGAINST THE SEC!!!!!!

Monday, January 07, 2008 by Donny Marotta

4355d909c69ed321 OHIO STATE IS 0-7 AGAINST THE SEC. Ohio State enters the BCS Championship Game as the No. 1 seed for the second straight year. The Buckeyes hope for a better result against their SEC foe this time around at the Louisiana Superdome. LSU and Ohio State will face off in the controversial game, which some believe could have seen Georgia, USC or West Virginia as deserving foes. Of note, the Buckeyes rank No. 1 in overall defense and LSU has struggled to a 1-7-2 ATS mark their past 10 games.
...
LSU put up 463 yards in a 21-14 win over Tennessee in the SEC title game last time out, creating a PUSH with the 7-point home spread. The 35 points scored were UNDER the posted total of 59. Florida's 41-14 thrashing last year is still in the minds of the buckeyes! LSU's speed will outlast Ohio St for 4 quarters of play in this classic UNDER game. Defenses will rule!!!
...
ALSO TAKE THE DUNCAN-LESS SPURS TO WIN WITH THE UNDER AND THE NUGGETS AND UNDER WITH NUGGETS MONEYLINE!!! TOMORRROW WILL HAVE A PICK'EM CONTEST.

TEXAS WILL CELEBRATE IN HOLIDAY BOWL

Thursday, December 27, 2007 by Donny Marotta

060902_texasmccoy_vmed_1230pwidec_2A rare season rematch is featured on Boxing Day when the Central Michigan Chippewas and the Purdue Boilermakers battle at Ford Field in the Motor City Bowl. Purdue destroyed the Chippewas 45-22 in September, barely covering the 22.5-point spread. The spread has changed and so will the outcome!!! You always have to think travel in bowl games.
...
Oddsmakers currently have the Boilermakers
listed as 9-point favorites versus the Chippewas, while the game's total is sitting at 74. Central Michigan picked up a 35-10 win over the Miami-Ohio RedHawks last time out in the MAC Championship Game. Giving them momentum. Central Michigan most recently: are 2-0 in December, 7-3 on turf. Purdue is and will not cover and may not win this game. I like Central Mich outright and with the points for sure!!!!
...
THE TEXAS LINE STARTED AS A PICK. THE LINE IS NOW TEXAS -2.5.
A LOT OF MONEY ON THE LONGHORNS. MACK BROWN AND DENNIS ERICKSON HAVE 346 VICTORIES BETWEEN THEM. AND ALSO 3 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS. TONIGHT IN SAN DIEGO, THEY WILL FACE EACH OTHER FOR THE 1ST TIME. NUMBER 12 ARIZONA STATE WILL FACE A 17 UNDER-RANKED TEXAS TEAM WHICH WILL BE PROVEN TONIGHT. ARIZONA STATE IS STILL MAD THEY DIDN'T MAKE THE BOWL CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES, GET OVER IT YOU HAVE A BOWL GAME TO PREPARE FOR THAT THEY WILL NOT BE READY!!!! IF THE FIELD IS SOGGY IT WILL HELP TEXAS KEEP WEATHER AND TRAVEL I N MIND WITH BOWL GAMES.

THE RAMS TO UPSET SLIDING STEELERS

Thursday, December 20, 2007 by Donny Marotta

Nflfsteven_jackson_122406 THE UNDERS LOOK LIKE A GOOD PLAY. BUT THE RAMS LOOK BETTER. THAT IS A GREAT TEASER BET. I WILL TAKE THE RAMS STRAIGHT ANYWAY.THE STEELERS LOST 3 OF THEIR LAST 5 SINCE STARTING THE SEASON 7-2. THEY ARE TIED WITH CLEVELAND IN THE AFC NORTH DIVISION. THEY HOLD THE TIE-BREAKER WITH TWO WINS OVER THE BROWNS! A WIN TONIGHT IS A MUST, BUT NOT FOR SURE!!!!!!!
...
Pittsburgh is 1-5 ATS in its last 6 games. The total has gone UNDER in 4 of Pittsburgh's last 5 games. Pittsburgh is 1-4 ATS in its last 5 games on the road. That is the Pitt side of the ball, now for the Rams.
St. Louis is 4-2 ATS in its last 6 games. The last two games they split a home and home!!!!!

CAVS TO ROMP!

Wednesday, December 19, 2007 by Donny Marotta

Lebronjamesphotographc12211282 CLEVELAND TO IS READY TO GO AGAINST THOSE SAD KNICKS!!!! THE KNICKS HAVE 7 WINS AT HOME. THEY ARE MORE INCONSISTENT THAN THE 76ERS. THE KNICKS HAVE NO IDENTITY AND THEY ARE HEADED FOR THE MOST BALLS IN THIS YEARS LOTTERY. THE KNICKS PLAY CLEVELAND RELATIVELY CLOSE THAT IS WHY THE LINE IS 3.5 RIGHT NOW. IMAGINE THIS, IF THE GAME WAS IN CLEVELAND VEGAS WOULD HAVE THIS LINE AT 8. ARE THE KNICKS GOOD ENOUGH TO PLAY 48 SOLID MINUTES? YOU MAKE THE CALL.

Adrianpetersonvikingsbears THIS SHOULD BE A ONE SIDED GAME. THE VIKINGS RUNNING GAME IS TOO MUCH FOR CHICAGO. AND YES THE VIKES WILL RUN UP THE SCORE, THEY NEED THIS GAME FOR THE SECOND WILD-CARD. A few trends to consider:

SAINTS IN MUST WIN FOR SLOPPY 2ND WILD CARD

Monday, December 10, 2007 by Donny Marotta

Brees The total has gone OVER in 4 of New Orleans' last 6 games. New Orleans is 10-5 ATS in its last 15 games on the road. New Orleans is 5-2 ATS in its last 7 games when playing Atlanta. New Orleans is 4-2 SU in its last 6 games when playing Atlanta. New Orleans is 4-2 ATS in its last 6 games when playing on the road against Atlanta. Taking the OVER is a good play! Use it in a TEASER knock the points off the Saints and knock the points down and go OVER.
...
Now for the sad Falcons side of the story. Atlanta is 3-12 SU in its last 15 games. Atlanta is 2-8 ATS in its last 10 games at home. Falcons are 2-5 in last 7 against Saints! This game has OVERS written all over it even though these two teams do not score much against each other!!!!
